How to complete the questionnaire

We have grouped the skills identified by the focus group participants under 10 headings and under each heading the skills are listed alphabetically. The questionnaire asks you to do two things:

1. Tell us how important each skill will be for your organisation over the next 5 years, using the scale

Key to Importance scale:
0
Not important at all
1 Of some importance
2 Important
3 Very important

You may tick one only of the boxes 0 - 3.

2. Indicate how your organisation will ensure that it has the necessary skills in future, using the codes

E
Existing people in-house already have this skill
RE Recruit new people with this skill for existing job role
RN Recruit new people with this skill for new work role
T Train and/or develop the skill in existing people
C Use external consultants and advisers to provide skill
